ZUMBA® Fitness Classes

The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA®!

Belly Dance Classes

Belly Dance is a timeless dance which combines femininity, elegance and passion. While belly dancing, we keep our abdominal muscles engaged, initiating all our body’s movement. Isolation of our chest, tummy and hip muscles while we dance not only creates fluidity but also a vigorous toning and cardio workout.

Flamenco Fit Classes

Flamenco style dance uniquely blends Spanish, Arabic and Gypsy cultures creating a dynamic yet sensual art form. When we dance flamenco routines, particular awareness is paid to posture, arms and hands. The result is a workout that will allow you to "feel the burn".

Mary is a great instructor! I’ve been taking her classes for about a year and I have lost 31 pounds from ZUMBA and pretty healthy eating. I got rid of my gym membership and only go to Mary’s place for exercise. She offers a wide variety of classes that take the place of the gym for me, while still providing me with a full body workout.

My goal in teaching this class is to help others of all levels to gain coordination and confidence, while getting fit and expressing themselves through dance. The combination of Flamenco ~Belly Dance routines make us sweat and help us to tone every muscle imaginable- especially those that, for us women, strengthen our core, improve our posture, shape our figures and fortify our health.
